What it is
This sheet mask provides special care in just 5 minutes a day. Delivering rich moisture for flawless makeup application. Each sheet mask contains a luxurious 66% of FAS's proprietary "fermented black rice filtrate*1." Ten sheets are soaked in the fermented liquid equivalent of one bottle of FAS The Black Essence. Additionally, it contains carefully selected ingredients that care for your skin and the environment it inhabits throughout the day, including the proprietary ingredient "precisely fermented naringenin*3," glutathione*3, vitamin C derivative*3, Yakushima Gardenia Extract*2, a key ingredient in FAS's whitening*2 serum, and Verona Extract, a ceramide that protects moisture. How to use
1. After opening the lid, pull up the ring and remove the inner lid. 2. After washing your face, apply lotion to your skin, then unfold the mask and place it firmly over your face, aligning it with your eyes and mouth. 3. Leave the mask on for about 5 minutes, then remove it. 4. Rub any remaining serum into your skin.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I had previously used the lotion and found it quite good, so this time I tried the mask. The sheet is thick, but stretchy and has slits, making it easy to apply. At first, I noticed a distinct fermented scent and felt a slight irritation when I placed it on my skin. The irritation quickly subsided, and after peeling it off, there was no redness and my skin texture was smooth, which was a welcome effect, but at this time of year, I feel like the moisturizing power isn't enough. I'm sure the results would be different if I used a full line of lotion and cream, but the price and other factors prevented me from purchasing it.
It leaves your skin feeling moist and bouncy, and you can feel the effects right away. I even gave it to a friend as a gift. It's a must-buy item!
Maybe I had too high expectations. The size of my face wasn't right and the liquid didn't soak in that much.
I used it for 10 days straight before an important event. Immediately after use, I felt moisturized and fresh, and as I continued using it, my skin seemed to become more radiant and firm. There was a slight fermented smell, but it didn't bother me. The sheet didn't have any cutouts, so it didn't fit well around my nose or temples.
I bought this product that was recommended by Yoshida Akari. It's moisturizing, but the liquid doesn't drip or get soggy, and it feels nice and moisturizing as it adheres to your skin. The shape is a little unique, and it fits snugly around the eyes, under the nose, and along the jawline, areas that are difficult to apply or tend to peel off, and it moisturizes the entire face. It's expensive, so it's not suitable for everyday use, but it's great as a treat for yourself or as a gift for someone. I'd definitely buy it again!
