What it is
Highly concentrated eyelash serum. The 2-way brush, which combines the tip and brush, adheres closely to the lashes and hairline for thorough application. Safe for those with eyelash extensions or perms. Regarding the use of eyelash serum products, the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan issued a warning on August 8, 2019. How to use
Apply to clean eyelashes morning and night after washing your face. Using the tip of the product, gently smooth the product along the lash line from the inner corner to the outer corner, being careful not to get it in your eyes. Next, use a brush to smooth the product from the lash line to the tips, as if applying mascara.
