How to use
Medicated Sekkisei Brightening Essence Lotion: Apply to clean skin after cleansing. Dispense a 500 yen coin-sized amount onto the palm of your hand or a cotton pad and gently blend into your skin. Occasionally, white sediment or floating particles may appear, but this does not affect the quality of the product. After use, tightly close the cap. Do not store in high or low temperatures or in direct sunlight. When using in combination with other whitening products, use each product individually and monitor the results. Medicated Sekkisei Brightening Cream: Apply morning and night as the final step in your skincare routine. In the morning, apply this product before applying UV-protective cosmetics. Dispense a pearl-sized amount onto your fingertips and apply to five areas: both cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin, then gently blend into your skin. If applying makeup, use a slightly smaller amount. After use, tightly close the cap. Do not store in high temperatures or in direct sunlight. When using in combination with other whitening cosmetics, use each product individually to see how it works.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I like how it absorbs smoothly without leaving a sticky feeling. I've been using it for two months and still have a little left. The whitening effect hasn't dramatically whitened my skin. However, even though it smells of alcohol, I like it because it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin.
I bought it as a trial. I think it does give my skin a translucent complexion. It also has some moisturizing power, so I think it's good value for money. However, there are so many good lotion products out there these days that I don't particularly feel like using this one at the moment. Sorry if I'm being a bit harsh.
It's been a while since I've used Japanese cosmetics...it's great! I've been using only Korean cosmetics lately, but I've come to realize once again that Japanese brands and manufacturers are great. It's a watery lotion, but it's moisturizing and you can feel it penetrating. It's been a while since I've felt like my skin is penetrating with a lotion. I won a giveaway at Suzykirei last year and have been using it for about a month and a half. I plan to buy it again!

Thank you so much. It's a runny lotion that absorbs quickly into the skin. It's refreshing, but moisturizes the skin. I've heard that winter is the time to focus on whitening, so I've been using it for a while and I feel like my skin has become clearer! I'll be using it together with the emulsion and focusing on whitening care this winter.
