The shampoo foam was smooth, and it was easy to use without any squeaking when rinsing. My hair used to be dry unless I applied oil after towel drying, but thanks to the treatment, it was moisturized without the need for oil! I dye my gray hair once a month, so my hair is pretty damaged, but after shampooing, it doesn't feel rough, it's smooth and silky to the touch. I also use the conditioner, and the next morning my hair is silky and soft. The scent is quite strong, but it's a refreshing floral scent, so it wasn't unpleasant.
