Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The shampoo foam was smooth, and it was easy to use without any squeaking when rinsing. My hair used to be dry unless I applied oil after towel drying, but thanks to the treatment, it was moisturized without the need for oil! I didn't notice any effect on frizz, but it was nice that my hair was moisturized to the right degree during the dry winter.

I dye my gray hair once a month, so my hair is pretty damaged, but after shampooing, it doesn't feel rough, it's smooth and silky to the touch. The fluffy foam is easy to use and doesn't leave any residue, but the color faded. After drying, the top of my head became fluffy and voluminous. The waves seem to have calmed down. I am considering buying it again because I am concerned about the color fading.
