Its lamellar platform technology holds about 12 times more lipid care ingredients than Kao's standard shampoos (brand comparison). I received a sample as a gift and used it. I was skeptical about whether the unfamiliar wash method of applying the product would really cleanse my pores, but it lathered up really well and left me feeling refreshed after washing. This is my third purchase. I've used many shampoos, including those exclusively used in salons and those from popular cosmetic brands, but this one is so good, even though it's inexpensive.
It wasn't as impressive as the oil, but I think it definitely makes my hair smoother.
It's smooth and I'm happy with the feel, but I thought it would be a pain to apply it and then wash it off, so I thought a sample would be fine.
I used only the shampoo and was pleased that it made my hair moisturized and easier to manage, so when I finished up the Plus Eau, I also purchased the treatment. I personally found the Plus Eau better in terms of moisturizing after washing and manageability after blow-drying. (My hair is normal volume, somewhat hard, and I have colored hair.) The scent is a little sweet, and it lingers faintly after drying. I'll use up the whole bottle and consider switching back to Plus Eau.
