Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The shampoo lathers nicely when you apply it, making it easy to use. The foam is as fluffy as the ones you'd get at a beauty salon, and the ingredients seem to penetrate gently. The treatment is firm and doesn't feel sticky after it's been worked in. The results were hard to notice at first, but I think I'm gradually becoming less bothered by the frizz that comes with aging. There's no obvious change, like a shiny, plump look, but it doesn't irritate my scalp, and the scent and texture are gentle. Hmm, I don't think I've ever experienced this with other products... so if that's the case, it might be pretty good. I thought.
I used only the shampoo and was pleased that it made my hair moisturized and easier to manage, so when I finished up the Plus Eau, I also purchased the treatment. I personally found the Plus Eau better in terms of moisturizing after washing and manageability after blow-drying. (My hair is normal volume, somewhat hard, and I have colored hair.) The scent is a little sweet, and it lingers faintly after drying. I'll use up the whole bottle and consider switching back to Plus Eau.

I received a sample as a gift and used it. I was skeptical about whether the unfamiliar wash method of applying the product would really cleanse my pores, but it lathered up really well and left me feeling refreshed after washing. I was surprised that my hair, which is usually dry and frizzy, remained calm even after a while. The next day I went to the salon and the hairdresser was surprised and asked me if I had done anything special to it.
I bought this because it was ranked highly in the shampoo category. My hair is already smooth when I wash it. After drying, it feels smooth and manageable, and I'd like to buy it again.
