After shampooing, lightly dry your hair and dispense an appropriate amount of treatment (about the size of a grape for semi-long hair [shoulder to armpit length] ) onto your palm. Apply to damaged areas from the middle to the ends of your hair. After applying well, rinse thoroughly. We recommend using it daily in combination with THE ANSWER shampoo.
