What it is

How to use
After shampooing, lightly dry your hair and dispense an appropriate amount of treatment (about the size of a grape-sized grape for semi-long hair [shoulder to side length]) into your palm. Apply it to the damaged middle to the ends of your hair. After applying it well, rinse thoroughly. We recommend using it daily in combination with THE ANSWER shampoo.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

I buy this shampoo over and over again. I've tried the purple conditioner and thought it was pretty good. I heard there was a treatment for color-damaged hair, so I bought it. It's an unusual shampoo that requires you to rub the concentrate directly into your scalp and hair, then lather it up and wash. It leaves a refreshing feeling during and after shampooing. However, my hair tends to get a bit rough and tangled after shampooing. This conditioner quickly solves that. Compared to the purple type, it seems to leave my hair feeling a little more moisturized. I squeeze out the water and use about two cherries' worth of product for chin-length hair. It becomes smooth as it soaks in. It also adds shine and makes my hair more manageable. My hair feels stiff after using a leave-in bath, so I try not to put anything on it after washing, but it still leaves my hair feeling pretty good. It adds shine and manageability, especially the next morning. My hair is soft and slightly thin, so I'm not sure if continuous use will keep it from becoming flat. I might add more in the future.
