Directions for Use 2: To use as a rinse-off treatment, after shampooing, apply an appropriate amount to the entire hair, then immediately apply the rinse-off treatment on top. Then rinse. If any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening occur during or after use, or after exposure to direct sunlight, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse immediately. If a foreign body sensation persists, consult an ophthalmologist. I bought the portable size for travel. It has a refreshing scent, but I found the scent to be quite strong. I use it after towel drying, but if I use too much it becomes sticky, so a small amount is enough.
I bleach my hair frequently, so I was recommended CMC for hair care, so I gave it a try. Usually, after bleaching, my hair would get frizzy even when I used a hair dryer, and it would break out in the morning, but since I started using this, my hair has become stronger and I've been able to maintain it without frizz.
