How to use
Neutral Cleansing Milk: Take 3 pumps onto dry hands and gently massage it into your entire face. Once it has blended with your makeup, add lukewarm water to emulsify it, then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. ・Neutral Washing Foam: Dispense an appropriate amount from the tube into your palm and lather well using a foaming net or similar. Apply the foam to your entire face and wash gently with your palms. Gently massage the sides of your nose and hairline with your fingers while washing. Afterwards, rinse thoroughly. ・Neutral Hydrating Lotion: Take an amount about the size of a 500 yen coin into your palm and gently press it into your skin. ・Neutral Repairing Serum: After preparing your skin with lotion, take 1-2 pumps into your hand and gently spread it from the center of your face outwards. *We recommend applying an extra layer to areas that are particularly dry. • Neutral Moisture Gel: After preparing your skin with lotion and serum, take 2-3 pumps into your hand and gently spread it from the center of your face outwards. *We recommend applying an extra layer to areas that are particularly dry. • Neutral Emollient Cream: Take a pea-sized amount and gently spread it from the center of your face outwards.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
