What it is
An additive-free (※1) medicated skin milk that can be used on sensitive skin and babies. The milk spreads smoothly and penetrates comfortably. The moisturizing veil enhances the skin's barrier function, protecting it from external stimuli. How to use
Dispense an appropriate amount into the palm of your hand and massage it into your skin. Do not store in high temperatures or in direct sunlight. The contents may harden and become difficult to dispense in low temperatures. Allow to return to room temperature before use. <How to Refill> Always refill into an empty CeramiAid Medicated Skin Milk bottle. To prevent the introduction of germs, do not wash the bottle or pump before refilling. If you wash them, dry them thoroughly. Refill the entire contents after using up the contents. Do not mix with water or other products. For hygienic reasons, we recommend purchasing a new bottle after refilling approximately three times. (1) Firmly hold the base of the spout (circle) and turn the cap to open. Be careful not to hold the pack too tightly when opening, as this may cause the liquid to splash. (2) Insert the spout into the mouth of the bottle and slowly pour the contents in. Be careful not to press the pack too hard when pouring, as this may cause the contents to overflow.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
