1. Place the mask pack sole-side down to prevent spills. Separate both sides of the center pressure-bonded area with scissors to fit your foot inside. Insert your foot, ensuring your toes and heels are facing the right way. 2. Secure the pack with the included adhesive and soak for approximately 30 minutes. *Please be careful not to fall or spill the liquid on the floor while using the pack. 3. After soaking, remove the pack and rinse thoroughly to remove any remaining liquid from your feet. *Please also rinse thoroughly in the bathroom to avoid discoloration. 4. After approximately 5 to 7 days, your skin will become rough and dry, dead skin cells will begin to peel. *Do not scrub or forcefully peel, as this can damage your skin.
