What it is

How to use
After refilling, rinse lightly with lukewarm water, then spread an appropriate amount over your hair, lather well, and massage your scalp. Then, rinse thoroughly. <Refilling Instructions>Before refilling, thoroughly wash the inside of the bottle and the pump with tap water and dry thoroughly. (1) Opening the spout. Tear it off in the direction of the arrow as shown in the illustration. If the spout is closed, pinch both ends of the spout to open it. *Please be careful not to hold the pack too tightly when cutting, as this may cause the liquid to splash out. (2) Pour into the bottle. Insert the spout into the mouth of the bottle and slowly dispense the contents. Be sure to refill the entire amount into a pump bottle of "Cow Brand Shampoo (Moisture Care)" in one go. Since no preservatives are used, thoroughly wash the inside of the bottle and the pump with tap water before refilling, and dry thoroughly before refilling. Do not mix with other products or water.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
