How to use

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

I saw a YouTube video about how it's effective against hair loss, so I bought a moisturizing shampoo to try. I've only used about half of it, and I don't feel like I'm losing any less hair. However, it definitely moisturizes my hair. I haven't changed my treatment. When I first got it, it was in the form of a colorless, transparent gel, so I was worried about how much it would lather, but it lathers up really well. After lathering it up, I massage it into my scalp with a scalp massager before rinsing it out. It's sold at my local pharmacy, so it's easy to find and I'm happy to buy it again.
The ingredients are gentle, so if you don't use a lot, it can be a bit rough, and it's not very moisturizing, but... it's for children, and by the next morning it's smooth and not too tangled, so I think it's fine! I bought it for my child (toddler) with waist-length hair. I'd been using the same treatment as for adults, but I thought the ingredients were a bit too strong, so I chose this one, which has good reviews on social media. As I mentioned at the beginning, my eldest daughter's long hair gets rough unless you use a generous amount. It seems like it's enough for my second daughter, who's shoulder-length. This is for daily use. Long hair does get damaged, so it's probably best to use a proper hair pack or treatment about once a week! The scent is gentle.
I saw this shampoo on social media and am currently using the Sarasara shampoo, so I wanted to try out the Moisturizing one too. I've always loved Cow Brand's face wash, but their hair care products are also very gentle and great. They have a different feel from salon-exclusive products, so I'd like to use them together!
