Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this to use after bathing. It keeps my hair from getting dry even after using a hair dryer, and it's moisturizing without being sticky, making it a very easy-to-use oil. I also use Melty shampoo, so using the whole line might be a good idea. I like that I can mix it with milk during the day or use it depending on the situation. It doesn't feel heavy when you touch your hair after applying it, so I think it would suit people who don't like the feeling of oil. I'll definitely buy it again!
I have straight, semi-long hair. I really liked Mellow Oil, so I decided to buy Melty Oil as well. It's more moisturizing than Mellow Oil, so I use it depending on the condition of my hair and the weather. It also has a nice scent.
It's very smooth, and I think it's easy to use even for people who don't like oils. One pump dispenses a small amount, so it's easy to control, which is another thing I like! Did it really help with frizz or waves? It did, so I gave it a minus ☆, but it did smooth and manage my hair nicely! After using hair mist (and sometimes hair milk) and letting it dry about 80-90%, I applied it from the middle to the ends.
I was concerned about my hair's tendency to get frizzy, so I used Kerastase Orange every day. However, the amount of Kerastase in the bottle was getting smaller and smaller, and I felt that daily use wasn't very cost-effective, so I bought this oil to switch to a more convenient oil every two days. As a result, my hair became more manageable and smoother than Kerastase Orange, as I use the entire Melty series of shampoos and conditioners. If I still feel the same way after using up the whole bottle, I plan to stop using Kerastase and use this oil every day.
I use this on digitally permed and colored hair. I apply it mainly to the ends before blow-drying, but it didn't moisturize as much as I expected. It's been a while since I got the perm, so maybe my hair is too damaged... I don't think I'll be able to get a revival yet...
