How to use
1. Take 1-2 pumps and gently blend into your makeup. 2. Once the makeup has been absorbed, rinse with water or lukewarm water. 3. If you are concerned about a sticky feeling, wash with a facial cleanser.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'm a self-proclaimed cosmetics geek. I like and consider myself knowledgeable about face washes and basic cosmetics, not makeup. Oil cleansers remove makeup well, but it's hard to find a comfortable oil, and when I wash my face afterwards, I end up washing too much to remove the oil. Serum cleansers are a light oil that doesn't have the greasy feeling of oil cleansers at all. I've used about 50 different oil cleansers and face washes, but Serum cleansers are my number one cleanser, without any exaggeration. You can use a generous amount, so I don't think they're expensive. You'll never have to try anything else!
It removes makeup well, but it takes a long time to wash off after emulsifying. My face is white. I wish it was a little easier to wash off.
I recently started using Pure Vivi Serum Cleansing. The scent of orange essential oil is soothing every day. It's a new product for Fall/Winter 2024, and it's thick like a serum. It's great for pore care, removing blackheads, and other dark spots. The black packaging is luxurious and I love it.
I bought this after reading reviews. I think it's moisturizing for dry skin like mine. However, for those who like a refreshing feeling after washing, it may feel a bit slimy. It's also reasonably priced, so I might buy it again if I don't find anything else I like.
I've been using it for over a month, and the blackheads in my pores have really disappeared! I used to get white dots, but they've become so much cleaner! The scent is a bit concerning, but it's orange essential oil, so I think anyone can use it! In the photo, I blended waterproof mascara, waterproof eyeliner, lipstick, and tinted lipstick for about 30 seconds, then emulsified with water, and almost all of it came off in one go! I think you can get away with regular-thick mascara without a remover!
