How to use
After shampooing, lightly squeeze out excess water, apply an appropriate amount to your entire hair, and rinse thoroughly. We recommend using it together with Bioliss Pure Touch Unesara Shampoo (Damage Care). If the contents are difficult to dispense, lightly tap the bottom before use. < the pump>. While holding the pump neck with one hand, turn the head up and pump several times until the contents come out. If the head does not lift, tighten the neck firmly and hold it in place with your hand, then turn the head again.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It doesn't lather as well as my usual shampoo, and the conditioner is smooth when I use it, but I feel like it's a bit rough when I brush my hair the next day. I liked the scent, so I'll give it 4 stars.
