How to use
<How to Use>Wet your hair and scalp, then dispense an appropriate amount into your hands. Lather and massage your scalp, then rinse thoroughly. <How to Refill>Be sure to refill into an empty SS Biolis Pure Touch Unesara Shampoo bottle. To prevent the introduction of germs, do not wash the bottle or pump before refilling. If you do wash them, dry them thoroughly. Refill the entire bottle after using up the contents. Do not mix with water or other products. For hygienic use, we recommend purchasing a new bottle after refilling approximately three times. (1) Hold the spout firmly and cut along the dotted line from the direction of the arrow. *Please be careful not to hold the pack too tightly when cutting, as this may cause the liquid to splash. (2) With the cut end facing up, fold the spout so that it tapers as shown in the diagram. (3) While holding the folded part, insert the spout into the opening of the bottle and slowly pour the contents in.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's good value for money and feels great to use, so I'd like to use it again! The scent is also very nice, and there were no problems with the texture when I combed it the next day!
I have very fine, fine hair. My favorite shampoo has been discontinued, so I'm looking for a new one. When I opened the pouch, I was hit with a delicate fragrance. The foam was smooth and silky even after rinsing, so there was no squeaky feeling. The conditioner was just the right consistency, but it left my hair feeling light after blow-drying, so it ended up a bit frizzy for me. I plan to occasionally purchase a trial version to enjoy the scent.
It doesn't lather as well as my usual shampoo, and the conditioner is smooth when I use it, but I feel like it's a bit rough when I brush my hair the next day. I liked the scent, so I'll give it 4 stars.
