Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been interested in it for a long time, and finally bought it. It feels like it shaves with less stress on the skin! It's kind of cool how it lights up blue when you turn it on! LOL
Even though my skin looked smooth in the bathroom at home, I would often find myself in the mirror when I was out and about, and would be shocked to discover some fine hairs or finger hairs. When I found this product, I thought, "This is it!" and bought it immediately. It cleanly shaved the beards and mustaches of my two middle school-aged boys. They say it's gentle on the skin and feels like a massage, so they've been very pleased. However, it was difficult to shave around the forehead and eyebrows with this product, so I use a razor for the finer details. For me personally, it's great that I can shave whenever I want, even after applying makeup.
I purchased the ReFa shaver with skincare in mind. Simply shaving gently in circles is enough to safely shave away fine hairs. After shaving, I also feel like my skincare products penetrate better. It looks stylish, and its small size makes it easy to carry. However, it's hard to tell if the fine hairs are being shaved, and I end up rubbing the same spot repeatedly, which ultimately feels like it's putting strain on my skin. Some areas, like the sides of my nose, are difficult to shave. I also have rough skin, often with whiteheads and milia, so the razor gets caught and hurts, which is a bit stressful. And there were a few things I found annoying about using it, like the inconvenient coin-like opening required to replace the batteries. Personally, I prefer Panasonic shavers.
This is the first time I've tried a facial hair shaver. It's compact, light, and gentle on the skin, making it easy to use and portable since it's battery-powered. The morning after using it, I noticed that the dullness in my face had disappeared and it looked brighter. However, I felt like the hair was getting thicker with continued use. I plan to use it moderately and if it works well, I'd like to purchase replacement blades.
I'm happy that it cleanly shaves the fine hairs on my face. I use it about once a week and my makeup goes on better. It's easy to carry when traveling, so it's very useful.
