Curl your lashes with a curler (eyelash curler). 2. Place the inside of the brush at the base of your lashes and apply by brushing towards the tips. 3. Use the tip of the brush to carefully finish the lower lashes and outer corners of the eyes. <How to Remove> . When removing, we recommend using an eye makeup remover. [KATE Lash Maximizer HP2.0] ・Use before applying mascara, just like you would with mascara. ・When using for the first time, make sure to coat the brush with plenty of primer. ・Apply by lifting the lashes from the root to the tip. ・For lower lashes, hold the brush upright and use the tip to apply. After the above, wait for the primer to dry before applying your usual mascara. The black areas are fibers. ・When removing, we recommend using an eye makeup remover.
