1. Turn the container upside down with the cap on. (The amount used for one application will accumulate inside the inner lid.) 2. Remove the cap and the included brush and open the inner lid from the "OPEN" part. 3. Load the included brush with plenty of highlighter accumulated inside the inner lid. 4.
