How to use
Preparation before use: After washing your face, apply your skincare products with your usual cosmetics before using this product. To avoid straining your skin, we recommend using cosmetics that allow the product to glide smoothly. Instructions for use: *Turn on the power and select the mode and gear level. M: Mode Switch Button Power/Level Switch Button: Long press to turn the power on/off, short press to gear levels 1-5 *Vibration/EMS Sensor: After turning on the power, grasp the sensor (silver part) on the back of the handle and place the head against your skin to automatically activate vibration and EMS (EMS only works in EMS mode). Release the sensor to pause. 1. Warmth - [Red LED + Vibration] Mode: The red light will come on. Levels 1-5 can be set to a warmth of 38°C-46°C, gently warming and refreshing your skin. 2. Green LED - [+ Vibration] Mode: The green light will come on. Use the vibration to lift your skin. 3. EMS - [Blue LED + Vibration] Mode EMS microcurrent stimulates muscles, giving your skin firmness and elasticity.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received this as a test drive. This is a beauty appliance that can also be used for neck care. I'm happy that I can now care for my neck, which is often overlooked compared to my face! Thank you. It's easy to care for your neck with just the push of a button, with three different modes and different intensities. It has three modes: HOT mode, which gently warms the skin; a mode that provides support for aligning the skin; and a mode that delivers skincare ingredients deep into the stratum corneum. The vibrations are comfortable and there's no tingling sensation. I'm happy with this kind of product. It seems that it can be used on the face, upper arms, and calves in addition to the neck. I hope that by applying moisturizing cream and using this product properly, I can reduce wrinkles. Thank you.
It's very easy to use. It's light and quick to use. It has three modes, including an EMS mode, but it doesn't feel like EMS. It feels like it vibrates like a vibrator. The warming mode is pleasant to use. I guess you'd use it when you want a deeper penetration than with your hands. It doesn't have the same effect as expensive facial massagers, so don't expect too much. It doesn't seem to be waterproof, so you can't wash it with water. Wipe the neck, disinfect it if you're concerned, and let it dry.
