How to use
1. Apply to clean, dry skin after cleansing. 2. Press the Essence Cream push cap vertically to dispense an appropriate amount (approximately 3-4 pumps) onto your fingertips. Apply evenly to your entire face, avoiding the area around your eyes and lips. Wipe the cap's nozzle after use. 3. Remove the crescent-shaped inner lid and take an appropriate amount of Essence Mask (about the size of a cherry) onto your fingertips. Apply generously to cover your skin, avoiding the area around your eyes and lips. 4. After 15-20 minutes, wipe off with a soft cotton pad or rinse with lukewarm water. (Do not use cleansing or facial cleanser.) 5. Continue with your usual skincare routine. *The Essence Cream and Essence Mask can also be used separately. *After use, tightly close the cap, including the inner lid, and store.

These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
