Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Normally, I'm fine with just lotion and serum, but in the winter, my cheeks and chin get dry, so I use this. Even though it's a cream, it's gel-like and refreshing, so it's not heavy and just right. However, I'm not a fan of this lid-type product. What do other people do with it? Do they put the gel in their hands, apply it to their face, and then close the lid? But you want to close it right away, right? I always think that to close it right away, I need the gel on my hands.
I have dry skin, but since I started using this series, my skin has become incredibly moisturized and is amazing! I also feel like my skin is becoming clearer!
It's refreshing and highly moisturizing. I applied it at night and my face was smooth the next morning. It was great.
It's smooth and not sticky. I used it morning and night. I used it before applying makeup, and it didn't ruin it, which was great! I think the moisturizing power is a little lacking. I recommend using it in the morning or during the summer! The size and storage of the spatula made it a little difficult to use, which I didn't like.
I bought the Q-Ten peach set. This cream is my favorite. It has a texture somewhere between a gel and a cream, spreads easily, and is very moisturizing. And it has a lovely peach scent! I have dry skin that is more on the combination side, and this was amazing.
