Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'd been using a 100 yen comb for a while, but I wasn't feeling it, so I bought this one. I had high hopes for this one because the ReFa Ion Care Brush was great, but it's only so-so. I like that it doesn't generate static electricity, but I don't notice any added shine or other benefits after using it.
I use it when I touch up my makeup for work. The comb touches my scalp directly, giving me a massage.
The static electricity has calmed down. My hair feels smooth.
My hair is straight and medium-long, with no particular curls. I used to use the AVEDA Paddle Brush on towel-dried hair, but I thought using it on wet hair might damage the brush, so I bought this ReFa brush. When I use a hair dryer while brushing, it's not really suitable for my hair, and it gets really tangled. (My hair is straight and medium-long, with no particular curls.) So, I either use the AVEDA Paddle Brush or the MARKS&WEB Wood Hair Comb (which isn't supposed to be wet). This way, it doesn't tangle. Wash your hair > ReFa Ion Care Brush after towel-drying > MARKS&WEB Wood Hair Comb on dry hair > AVEDA Paddle Brush Portable > Love Chrome K24GP (great, no static electricity, I use it all the time). This is my best choice right now. I think it just wasn't the right product for my needs.
I have a sad condition of curly, thick, and coarse hair, and with age, I'm starting to get some gray hairs, so I'm going from long to short. This comb is great for carrying around! It's slim, but it combs my head well (normal combs don't reach all the way to my scalp). I get excited every time I see it, and it's sturdy so I think I'll be able to use it for a long time. My hair is in good condition too!
