Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love the scent and have been using it since before the renewal. It's a unique scent and I use it for other things besides hand cream. Even a small amount is enough to moisturize the hand cream, and the large size makes it good value for money.
I received this as a gift. The soft cream blends easily into the skin, leaving it smooth. My hands don't feel sticky even immediately after use. I really like the feel, but the scent is quite strong. I like the scent, but I find it difficult to use in public because I'm concerned about the people around me. I think it would be better if it was a subtle scent that only I could smell.
I bought this 6 years ago and it was so good that I used it a lot, so I suddenly remembered it and bought it again, but I was very disappointed because the country of origin had changed to France and the scent and texture had changed too.
I've been using various scents for about 15 years. This time I was planning to buy a musk, but I was shocked to hear that my favorite musk had been discontinued. I had no choice but to go with the classic lavender vanilla, but as it's a classic, I love the consistent scent. The product was revised quite a while ago, but the tube it comes in is now a non-perforated type, which is a big plus. It moisturizes well and isn't sticky. I plan to continue using Sabon hand cream.
I feel like hand creams with a nice scent often don't have much moisturizing power... Sabon's hand cream is the best, with both moisturizing power and a strong scent! I used it up on my second refill, and since it was the same scent both times, I think I'll try other scents too!
