How to use
After applying gel lotion at night, take one pearl-sized amount (about 8mm in diameter) in your hand and apply it to your entire face and neck. It is also effective when used in addition to your regular skincare routine in the morning or during the day when you are concerned about dryness.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have dry, sensitive skin. I've been using Arouge lotion and emulsion for a while now. As the name suggests, it's moisturizing, but it spreads very easily. It feels sticky when first applied, but after a few minutes it absorbs into the skin. The next morning, my skin feels moisturized and I feel great. This cream is recommended for the middle of winter.
I tried a sample at the drugstore and liked it, so I bought the full product. It's a dry season, but I put it on at night and it kept my skin moisturized until morning. I have sensitive skin, but it was usable. It comes in a jar, so I wish it came in a tube.
