Ingredients
How to use
Immediately after washing your face, remove the mask from the bag, gently unfold it, and hold the forehead area with both hands. Align the mask over your eyes and mouth, tearing off the slits as necessary, and press it firmly onto your entire face, ensuring no air gets in. Lightly massage the liquid into areas of concern, such as your eyelids. Leave the mask on for about 10 minutes, then remove it and gently massage any remaining liquid into your skin with your hands.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this authentic?
Yes. As fellow beauty lovers, we know how real the fear of counterfeits and grey market resellers is when buying Asian beauty online.
That's the problem we built SuzyKirei to solve: every item is bought from an official seller or directly from the brand for pre-orders, never from resellers or grey market stock.
What are your shipping rates?
On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.
Orders of US$75 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout. Your exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.

Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I have very thin, oily skin that's constantly red, and sensitive skin that breaks out when exposed to alcohol or whitening products. This product truly deserves to be called a skincare talisman. It soothes stinging and peeling caused by skincare products that don't suit me. I rely on this product not only during pollen season, but also whenever I'm feeling unwell and my skin starts to sting, even with water. I usually don't like thick skincare products with high glycerin content, which can cause itching and acne, but this mask's thick consistency doesn't cause those reactions. I also like that it's fragrance-free. It's a little pricey at 550 yen per mask, but it always soothes my skin, so I'll keep using it. Personally, I recommend this product more for stinging, itching, and peeling than for acne breakouts. The mask is large and thick, but the liquid soaks into it, making it difficult to peel off. I also like the several slits in the mask, which provide full coverage all the way to my sideburns.
I've only used it once, but I've firmly decided that this is my go-to mask! If you're experiencing hot flashes or a burning sensation, I highly recommend giving it a try. The dry, cold weather in January made my skin extremely sensitive, and on the first day of my period, when I was experiencing severe hot flashes due to menopausal symptoms, I accidentally went out without sunscreen. Sure enough, my skin became red, stinging, and blistered, like it had been burned, so I used this as a last resort. The sheet mask is large but easy to handle, and the sheet holds the liquid well, making it gentle on the skin. The heat subsided immediately after applying it, and when I peeled it off after 10 minutes, there was no stinging! It felt so supple! I wanted to keep it on my skin longer. I decided to use the small amount of lotion left in the package as a substitute for the next day's lotion, and after leaving it overnight, I was even more surprised! My skin returned to normal overnight! This was the first time I'd ever experienced anything like it! I've used masks from brands like Curel and Fancl for sensitive skin, but I found that moisture over oil was the perfect solution for my skin. Afterward, I added the small amount of lotion left in the package to my skincare routine the next morning, and it left my skin feeling refreshed and moisturized. They have them at my local drugstore, so after I bought two as good luck charms, I found out they were also available on Suzykirei, so I'm definitely planning to buy them.
I usually use the liquid from this line. When my skin irritation was getting out of hand, I found out about this mask and bought it at a drugstore. I think it's effective. It's gentle on my sensitive skin and moisturizes well. However, the mask keeps peeling off my face while I'm using it. Is it just me? It feels like it doesn't adhere well at all. The mask sheet peels off so easily, it just peels off from the edge. It's really stressful... I like the serum it contains and the feel of the sheet, so I wish they would do something about the sheet peeling. The cycle of peeling, re-applying, and peeling is tiring, and more than the effectiveness, I just don't like the stress of it peeling off, so I haven't used it in a while.
The sheet is made of a bumpy, cotton-like material that feels comfortable against the skin. It contains a generous amount of liquid. It doesn't drip. It has three slits on the forehead and chin, and one around each cheekbone. The chin and philtrum sections can be separated as needed. It's fragrance-free, but has a distinctive smell. The thick sheet doesn't adhere well, and it tends to peel off around the sides of the nose and under the eyes. The many slits make layering the sheets to fit your face heavy and prone to peeling. After leaving it on for about 10 minutes and letting the peeling liquid soak in, I felt my skin become softer. It wasn't sticky, but it felt deeply moisturized. I didn't read the instructions and used it after my usual lotion and serum, but it seems like it's meant to be used immediately after washing your face...! It felt good, so I'd like to try using it correctly next time. As a skincare brand for sensitive skin, it was gentle and felt like it was caring for my skin. It's a sheet mask I'd like to use during the change of seasons or before my period.
