What it is
Even if your hands or face are wet, this makeup remover blends seamlessly into your makeup and thoroughly removes it. It thoroughly removes even over-applied UV makeup, primer, foundation, mascara (waterproof and comes off with hot water), and eyeliner. Can also be used after shampooing. Refreshing fruity aroma. *This product is a refill, so the bottle is not included.

How to use
Always refill into a used Biore Perfect Oil C container. Do not wash the bottle or pump; refill as is. If water gets into the bottle, its performance may be impaired. Always use up the product before refilling, and avoid mixing with other products or products with different serial numbers. Use up the product as soon as possible after opening. After refilling, please note down the serial number on the bottom right of this pack. You may need this when making inquiries. Always put the cap on the refill pouch and store it in a cool place out of direct sunlight. For hygienic use, we recommend replacing the container with a new one after refilling 2-3 times.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
