What it is
This moisturizing cream's rich, rich texture locks in moisture and prevents it from escaping. To be used when skin is prone to dryness, the oil content has been increased compared to previous products, resulting in an emollient balance that replenishes moisture and oil. Formulated with fermented polysaccharide liquid* for superior moisturizing properties, the α-gel cream, with a structure similar to lamellar liquid crystal, blends seamlessly with the skin. It's non-greasy and can be used morning and night. Neutral Line: Unscented. Tuning Line: Fragrance-infused. The aromatic woody scent tunes the mind with a pleasant skincare routine. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a lovely scent and is soothing, but it doesn't seem to be moisturizing enough, so I'm concerned about dryness. The good thing about it is that it comes in a tube so it's easy to use.
It's a rich cream. The aromatic scent is soothing. A small amount goes a long way and leaves skin feeling moisturized. I think it's perfect for the coming season.
I was surprised that it was smaller than I expected, but it's reasonably priced so I guess it can't be helped. The moisturizing effect lasts until I wash my face in the morning, so I think it's great.
It's a refreshing cream that tends to dry out my skin in the winter. I apply it in layers. However, the scent is very nice and soothing, and the cream spreads easily. It's very small, but the amount you use is about the size of a pea, so it seems like it will last a fair amount. I used to use creams that you open the lid and scoop, but this tube type that you can open with one hand is easy to dispense and more hygienic, so I think it's safe. It doesn't seem to have much anti-aging effect, but it's gentle and safe to use.
