This new liquid eyeliner comes in three shades: sheer, shimmering metallic, highly pigmented and vibrant satin, and color veil with a high-brightness glitter formula. The delicate 0.1mm brush tip allows for smooth application, allowing you to freely adjust the thickness and intensity of your line. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I only use it on the corners of my eyes. It disappears when my eyes get watery, so I won't be repurchasing it.
When it comes to liquid eyeliner, I've been relying on THREE for years. That said, I'm getting older and no longer wear heavy eyeliner, so I only use it on special occasions. However, I've been sticking with THREE's matte black line ever since the days of Indestructible Eyeliner. The ease of application and color payoff are outstanding. The color variations are generally chic, and they're great for adding subtle shadows and depth to mature eyes. I'd give it an 80% for smudge resistance. It's also reasonably priced, and is a product I can use consistently.
