Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been buying the old eyebrow pencil for a long time, but unfortunately it's been renewed. The tip is much thinner than the old one, but it's still easy to apply without breaking. I use a variety of affordable eyebrow pencils, and I think it lasts well. In the middle of summer, it comes off with sweat no matter what, but otherwise it's fine. I used it up the other day, so I bought a refill.

I've used this product many times. I have thin eyebrows with no tail, but it makes it easy to create thick, natural-looking eyebrows. If it's too soft, it looks unnatural and overdrawn, but this one is just the right hardness, so it's easy to draw on. It's a little softer than Shu Uemura, but harder than Dior, and the tails of my eyebrows don't disappear easily, so I end up using this one all the time.
