Apply an appropriate amount directly to wet body, massage gently for 1-2 minutes, then rinse. Massage thoroughly into calloused areas such as elbows, knees, and heels. We recommend using it twice a week. Use one scoop for the upper body, one scoop for the lower body, and one scoop for problem areas such as knees and heels.
I chose the mini size because it's difficult to use up the large size. The downside is that it's hard to scoop. The oil leaks, so handle with care.
I don't like scrubs because I have sensitive skin, but I occasionally use one that leaves my skin smooth and I enjoy the scent and texture. It has a refreshing scent that seems like it would appeal to everyone. Personally, I prefer something sweeter, so I won't be repurchasing it. If I leave it in the bathroom for too long, the top lid will rust, so I have to be careful not to leave any moisture behind. Lately, I only take it to the bathroom when I need to use it. I always hesitate to buy the larger one because it's more economical, but if I'm using it 2-3 times a month, the smallest one is enough in terms of hygiene.

The scent is also nice, and it lasts for a while, so I'm happy. I'd like to buy another one in a different scent to achieve clear, smooth skin.
