How to use
<How to set> Remove the transparent film from the compact case (this product) and fit the inner tray of the refill into the case. Place the transparent film and puff on top and press lightly to secure the inner tray. The glue on the inner tray is for adhering the inner tray to the compact case. Do not wipe it off, just set it in the case as is. Do not throw away the transparent film in the compact case. To remove the refill, use a coin or similar to push up through the hole on the back of the compact case and remove the refill.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received this as a gift from Suzykirei. Thank you! Primavista is resistant to sebum, so I often use it in the summer. I've used makeup primers before, but this was my first time using a powder. It was better than I expected! I went to work as usual, and usually after lunchtime my T-zone gets a little oily, so I have to touch it up a little, but on the day I used this, my skin felt smooth even after lunchtime, so I didn't need to touch it up, which was amazing!
Just by using a brush and gently applying it to my skin, I don't have to worry about my makeup smudging until the evening. It's amazing. The powder is so fine, and the word "soft" really fits me best. I'm incredibly grateful for this product; even though my makeup usually smudging easily after applying it, it doesn't disappoint. Of course, some of my makeup does come off when I wear a mask, but it still looks beautiful. It doesn't dry out my skin so much that it's a concern. I'm so pleased with this purchase.
I bought this in the winter, but I can use it in the summer too! It leaves my skin feeling smooth and less oily and dry. The T-zone is prone to dryness in the summer, so I recommend this product for all seasons as long as you avoid that area.
