STEP 3: Begin spraying from the collarbone to the neck, then spray evenly from the cheeks to the forehead. After spraying, gently press your palms against your face. STEP 4: In addition to your face, spray on other areas of concern such as your shoulders, back, legs, and scalp. [If the special lotion is clogged and you cannot spray] Remove the cleaning wire from the back of the device and insert the wire through the hole on the back of the cosmetic cap so that the tip of the cleaning wire comes out from the carbonated nozzle side. Move it up and down two or three times to clear the blockage.

US orders: We ship all orders DDP (duties delivered prepaid) which means that we handle all the import and custom duties on our end and nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected by us. Please note that all local charges are your responsibility. Unfortunately, there is no current system that allows us to handle this on your behalf from Japan.
