How to use
For morning, night, and daytime care, take an appropriate amount onto a spatula or your fingertips and blend into your lips. It can also be used as a lipstick base. In that case, use a slightly smaller amount. If you are concerned about dryness, it is effective to use a generous amount like a mask during your nighttime care.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use the Laneige sleeping mask, but I bought this one to use before bed. It keeps my skin moisturized longer than the Laneige mask. I hope it helps reduce wrinkles.
I tried it at a pop-up and liked it, so I use it the night I buy it. It spreads quite well, so you only need a small amount each time, and it seems like it will last quite a while.

I feel like this is more effective than any medicine or supplement, let alone lip products. Maybe it's just my constitution, but my lips tend to show signs of physical discomfort regardless of the season, but as soon as I received the sample, they miraculously disappeared, and it even made any problems that occurred when I was out disappear. Since it's not a medicine, it was probably just a coincidence that it worked well with me, but there's nothing else that works as well as this, so I'm using it and raving about it. But it's expensive! Just so expensive!
I had cheilitis and no lip balm or medication would help, so I bought this to try it out. I used it at night for a week, and in the mornings, my skin felt moisturized and not dry. However, in my case, it was more than just a little rough, and I needed to go to a dermatologist, so this serum just wasn't effective... It's a shame because it was expensive, but it didn't make my skin worse, so I'll try using it once my cheilitis has healed.
