Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I take a cherry-sized amount in my hands, gently rub it into my skin without causing friction, then I put a little bit of warm water on my hands and rub it into my whole face, then rinse it off thoroughly with warm water. It's not hard to wash off, and it's not sticky at all! It removes makeup so well that you wonder what's wrong with it, and it doesn't dry out my skin! The price is reasonable, so I'd like to buy it again☆
