How to use
ONE BY KOSE Serum Shield: Use in the morning and evening as a substitute for lotion after toner, or as the final step in your skincare routine. You can also use this product by itself after washing your face. In the morning, use this product before applying cosmetics with UV protection. Take a pearl-sized amount on your fingertips and gently blend into your skin. When applying makeup, use a slightly smaller amount. Be careful as the contents may soften if dropped or hit. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. ONE BY KOSE Serum Veil Deep Repair: Use first after washing your face in the morning and evening. Take an amount about the size of a 100 yen coin in the palm of your hand and gently blend into your skin. In rare cases, cloudiness may occur due to some of the ingredients, but this does not affect the quality.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
