Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The glittery orange second from the right is super cute! The color lasts well and it's an easy-to-use palette.
This is my first time using Bobby. The powder is good quality. It blends in well without any smudging. Surprisingly, it's lighter than I expected, and it's nude, so it's fine for daily use or at the office. The finishing color is also light for me, so when I want something darker, I use an eyeshadow I already have. The shimmer is also subtle and nice.
The sheer matte color was so versatile! It's easy to combine with other eyeshadows, so I want to get other colors too.
The matte colors are a set of easy-to-use colors such as gradation, neutral colors, and dark colors. The colors are quite soft, so I like dark makeup, so I usually add coral colors or browns to them, but the most cute thing about this palette is the orange glitter color called Summer Sunset. It's different from the glitter of Luxe, and the glitter is large and the color is strong. I love the warm colors because they make the eyes look bright and give a gorgeous finish.
The powder is smooth and the color is easy to like for everyone. The matte finish is smooth, so it's easy to blend. The glitter is quite crunchy. This may be obvious, but it has a different texture from the glitter in Luxe, so if you're expecting something luxurious, be careful. The dark brown color isn't very pigmented, so it can create a modern look for your eyes.
