How to use
Use for 1 minute on half of your face and 2 minutes on your entire face. 1. Neck: Hold for 10 seconds. 2. Under the chin (below the jawline): Hold for 10 seconds. 3. Cheeks*: Hold for 20 seconds. *The line connecting the corners of the mouth and the ears is a guideline for the position. 4. Temples: Hold for 5 seconds. 5. Forehead: Hold for 5 seconds. 6. Cheeks: Hold for 10 seconds. Gently slide the device over the skin surface. *Hold the device perpendicular to your mouth and use it by moving it diagonally upwards.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
