The shampoo leaves your hair feeling refreshed, lathers easily, and is silicone-free, so it seems to be good for your hair. Because it's silicone-free, it doesn't lather well, so I need a fair amount, but the pump on the bottle has a shallow stroke, so it doesn't dispense much at once, which was a bit frustrating. The treatment contains blue particles, which have a refreshing feeling and seem good for scalp care. I have long, thin, and fine hair, so I need a treatment to untangle tangles after shampooing and moisturize the ends, but it wasn't enough in that respect, so I used a separate treatment on the ends and used up the whole bottle. Overall, the quality was good, but it wasn't very user-friendly, so I think opinions on this will vary.

I bought it because it was a scent I would like. I feel like the freesia flavor is more pronounced in the shampoo than in the treatment.

I used the trial size. The shampoo didn't lather very well, and my scalp felt tight after washing. I thought I would end up using quite a lot. The treatment had light blue particles in it, but it didn't feel like it had anything special in it, and was just a regular treatment with a refreshing feel. I usually use a shampoo that's on the heavier side, so I felt like it shortened the time I spent drying my hair. It seems like flyaways would become more noticeable if I continued to use it, so I thought the trial would be fine the next time I want to use it. I would recommend it to people who are concerned about sebum, don't want to spend a lot of time rinsing shampoo, and don't like shampoos with strong scents.

I received a sample and it was so good that I bought the full product right away! The beads inside have a refreshing scent, and my hair is shiny and feels great to the touch!
