How to use
Take a cherry-sized amount into your dry palm and place it on five areas: both cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin. Use your fingertips to blend well with makeup such as foundation and any impurities on your skin, then spread it over your entire face. Then, carefully wipe off with tissue paper or rinse with water or lukewarm water. Follow with a facial cleanser.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I tried a pouch-type sample that came with the beauty magazine "Biteki." It's a white cream with a light texture. It has a lovely, refreshing, herbal rosemary scent. It didn't irritate my skin. I'm not sure about the official instructions, but after blending it with my makeup and rinsing it off with warm water, my skin was left quite oily overall. (By the way, I have combination skin that tends to be oily in the T-zone and dry on the cheeks, around the eyes, and around the mouth.)
It was included in the kit. I use a dedicated eye makeup remover, but it removes makeup just as well as oil-based removers. The soft texture spreads easily and allows for stress-free blending. It removes makeup effortlessly. The cream has just the right consistency, allowing you to spread it even in small areas and removes makeup well. It also comes off easily with lukewarm water when washed. The scent is not too strong, making it very easy to use. I recommend it for those who don't mind double cleansing.
Texture: Soft cream. Blends into makeup instantly and glides on like an oil. Scent: Lavender and other herbal essential oils. Not harsh. Feel: Spreads easily and removes makeup thoroughly. However, even after rinsing or double cleansing, there is still an oily feeling. Of course, this also applies to your hands. There is no dryness or tightness. Basic skincare products are absorbed easily. My skin is now incredibly soft and supple! Even my sensitive premenstrual skin did not experience any irritation. There was no redness from rosacea. I would recommend this to anyone with dry or very dry skin who doesn't mind an oily feeling!
The scent isn't too strong, and it's easy to tell when it's absorbed into the skin, and it doesn't dry out or tighten the skin, which is great, but I'm not sure how well it removes makeup. It's not something I'd want to repurchase.
The scent is herbal. It's not a strong scent. Use a marble-sized amount at a time. Spread it all over your face in a circular motion to blend your makeup. It's a smooth cream that blends smoothly into your makeup. It takes a little longer than oil because it warms up with your body temperature and blends in. When you wash it off, it leaves a filmy feeling. It doesn't feel very refreshing. However, this isn't the type that doesn't require washing your face, so it's not a problem if you wash your face. It removed makeup thoroughly. It even removed waterproof mascara perfectly!
