How to use
Massage into hair and scalp, lather, then rinse thoroughly. Double shampoo, leave on for 1-2 minutes, allow to penetrate thoroughly, and rinse.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this when I happened to stop by L'Occitane. The shampoo lathers well and has a relaxing scent. However, I honestly didn't like the scent of the conditioner. With continued use, my hair becomes smooth and manageable, so it's very comfortable to use.
I received a few samples and used them while I was in the hospital. It doesn't lather, but after using it and drying my hair, it felt incredibly smooth. Most shampoos and conditioners leave me with flyaways and dryness when I wake up, but this shampoo and conditioner didn't! Since it doesn't lather, people's opinions on it may be divided, but I loved the way it left my hair feeling after drying, so I'm looking forward to purchasing the full version!
I use this shampoo. [Good Points] It has a nice scent and lathers well. [Concerns] It's a bit pricey. [Features] It's a renewed version of the damage care shampoo Five Herb Repairing Shampoo. [Thoughts] It lathers up quite well with just one pump. It feels good on the scalp and has great cleansing power. Above all, I love the great scent!!! I've bought the larger size many times!
I alternate between this and a hair mask depending on my mood and the condition of my hair! This one has a light and refreshing texture, so I use a little more than usual at a time!
It does make my hair smoother and keeps it healthy, but I was expecting a more moisturized finish, so it may not have been what I expected.
