How to use
Lightly place the tube on your lips, apply a generous amount, and gently blend. We recommend using it before bed. It can also be used during the day. *After use, wipe the opening of the container clean and close the cap tightly. *The contents may harden in low temperatures. If it is difficult to dispense, warm it with your hands before use.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this as a nighttime lip product. It has a firm texture, but it doesn't dry out until morning, so I like it. The packaging is simple, too.
As other reviews have said, it's very hard! It covers your lips with a thick film, but it's not sticky and is very comfortable to use. I also use Obagi's lip serum, which is great during the day, but it wasn't enough for nighttime use, so I bought this, and it kept my lips moisturized until morning.
As other comments have said, it is definitely firm. But because it adheres well to the lips, they stay moisturized until the morning. There were no vertical wrinkles. Also, it's not shiny like gloss, so you don't have to worry about it getting on your futon, which is another advantage of using it.
