How to use
Apply an appropriate amount (2 pumps) to the entire face. *When you first start using it, slowly press down about 10 times until the liquid comes out.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used a sample, and the M size was the thickest, with a texture similar to a cream. However, it's a little less moisturizing than the cream, so I might choose the cream instead.

I used the sample. It was quite heavy, but not sticky. I would rather use it at night than in the morning. After use, my skin felt firmer, which was nice.
It has a smooth texture. When used in combination with lotion, it leaves your skin feeling plump and supple. I'm looking forward to seeing changes in my skin in the future!
It has overwhelming moisturizing power, is not too sticky, and is comfortable to use. The scent is a bit of a love-it-or-hate-it thing, but I think anyone who likes Kao's Sofina or Alblanc will love it. It smells similar to Kanebo's Fusion Solution.
