It really doesn't shake when you apply eyeliner! I bought it after watching an influencer's YouTube video, half-believing it. Well, it's cheap, so. that's what I thought. I'm clumsy with my hands, so no matter what eyeliner I use, it always ends up wobbling, but this brush is short, so I can apply it straight. I'm really impressed.
