What it is
A milk-type cleanser containing lactate complex that moisturizes while supporting the skin's barrier function. It thoroughly removes makeup while leaving the skin's necessary moisture, leaving it moisturized. The base ingredient contains a high concentration of tri. caprylic. capric. glyceryl, which is similar to the main component of sebum. It gently removes makeup with highly biocompatible ingredients. Neutral line: Fragrance-free. Tuning line: Fragrant Aromatic woody scent that tunes the mind by doing skin care with a pleasant scent. How to use
Pump 3 drops into dry hands and gently massage into the entire face. Once it has been absorbed into the makeup, add lukewarm water to emulsify, then rinse with water or lukewarm water.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I won a giveaway here! Thank you! I had already purchased the priming serum, so I'm now using Osaji's cleanser, priming serum, and lotion, and my skin feels revitalized. I've always disliked cleansing milks because they leave a sticky feeling at the end, but this one leaves my skin feeling refreshed and moisturized after rinsing. However, it didn't remove my eye makeup very well, so it might be a good idea to use a dedicated eye remover before using this.

Osaji is a brand I can use with confidence even when my skin is sensitive, and it's one of my go-to brands for sensitive skin. I tried this cleanser in a small size that I received when I purchased something else from Osaji, and I loved it, so I bought the full size this time. I mainly used oil cleansers during the hot season, but as the weather has gotten colder and my skin has become drier, I'm thinking of using it at night when I don't wear makeup and don't go out.
It leaves your skin feeling moisturized and supple after washing! It's a heavy milk, but when you apply it to your face it becomes like a heavy oil. It removes natural makeup. However, because it's heavy, you may feel a little friction when blending it in. After rinsing, your skin doesn't feel tight and is moisturized, and it seems to improve the absorption of lotions and make your skin more supple. I think it's perfect for winter. The price isn't too high, so I might buy it again.
I'm a repeat customer. I started using this because I was concerned about the irritation caused by oil cleansers. Sometimes the texture feels a little hard, but if you spread it in your palm and then apply it to your entire face, you can see that the makeup gradually melts and floats away. I usually wear natural makeup, including eye makeup, so this is enough for me. When I wear heavy makeup, I sometimes use a different cleanser. The cleansing power is not very strong, so if you wear heavy eye makeup, it's better to use it in combination with a remover, but it cleanses gently on the skin. I find double cleansing to be better for my skin. I also use OSAJI's Sensitive Line foaming facial cleanser, and it doesn't make my skin feel tight even in the winter. It doesn't cause any strange irritation, so I can use it when my skin is sensitive during the change of seasons or pollen season, so I plan to use it again for a while.
