Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent is cherry blossom-like, and while it's not overly strong, it's still quite strong, so it's likely a matter of personal preference. The scent lingers over time, although it fades slightly. I take a moderate amount in my hands, rub it in, and then apply it to my face. It leaves my skin slightly brighter and my complexion improved. Applying it directly after lotion can dry out my skin slightly, causing a slight tingling sensation, but applying a little lotion first made it feel more natural. I think this cream alone is fine for when I'm at home or just going to the nearby convenience store or supermarket. Applying too much can make my skin look whiter, so I personally feel like I don't need that much. I wish they'd slightly reduce the amount and keep the price down. While it depends on the combination with lotion and your skin type, I feel like it doesn't leave a very moisturizing feeling.
