What it is
With a thick, skin-friendly texture and carefully selected ingredients, this product gently and thoroughly removes makeup. It smoothly removes point makeup, waterproof mascara, and lipstick. It effectively removes makeup and impurities from the skin by blending two layers of water-based and oil-based ingredients, which have high penetration and blendability, into a cloudy white state without using surfactants. After wiping, your skin will be left feeling moisturized, and you'll experience the benefits of your skincare routine.

How to use
1. **Shake the bottle** - Shake the bottle well before use to thoroughly mix the two ingredients. 2. **Apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad** - Add an appropriate amount of remover to a cotton pad and allow it to soak in the thick, thick texture. 3. **Wipe gently** - Gently apply the cotton pad to your skin and wipe away makeup. It also smoothly removes point makeup around the eyes and mouth. 4. **Rinse as needed** - After wiping off makeup, gently rinse as needed while enjoying the moisturizing effect, and then continue with your regular skincare routine. If you want to redo your makeup, you can leave it on without rinsing.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
