Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I feel it is effective against acne and skin imbalances. I tend to get acne on my face line, so I was a lotion refugee, but this lotion penetrates my skin very well and improves my skin condition. The feel is good. But I wonder if it's okay to use it from spring onwards? It's light after use. In winter, my skin gets dry, so I'd be fine with it remaining on my skin for a little longer. I also use KANEBO face wash, so it goes well with my skin.
